Lori Callaghan

I am so excited to be back again in grade two.  I love teaching, and grade twos have my heart! 

I’ve been teaching since 1997 - grade five, a home school program, and grade two.  

When I'm not at school or getting fun lessons ready for school, I'm at home with my husband, six children, our dog and our cat.  I love to create, write, design, and I'm always dreaming up something new.  I also love to curl up with a good book or watch a good movie with my family.  I enjoy gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. 

I grew up in Manitoba and received my B. Ed from Brandon University.  I moved to Calgary right after graduating in 1997 to teach.  Wanting a quieter, small town life for my family, we moved to Carstairs in 2009.  We love this wonderful community, and we take part in hockey, dance, softball, swimming, and church.  I consider it a privilege to teach at CES and look forward to doing my part to keep it such a great place to be.
