Mr. Daryl Haugan

My name is Daryl Haugan, and I am overjoyed to be joining the Carstairs Elementary School team this year! After nearly two decades as a project and sales manager, I have made a significant career change to follow my childhood dream of becoming a teacher. I am excited to bring a fresh perspective to early childhood education and help every student reach their full potential while having fun along the way!

I have lived in Central Alberta for most of my life and am grateful to call this area home and raise my own children here. When I am not teaching, you can find me camping with my family, playing guitar or drums, watching a movie, or cheering on the Florida Panthers!

I look forward to being a part of the CES community!
